Christian Watson

Peace is built, not found. The 5 skeletons represent the 5 letters in the word PEACE, and the word HUMAN. Often times we look at skeletons as a reflection of death, and not as the foundation of who we are. On the outside, we see flesh as the top layer of many layers of what makes up a person, but its only when we tear that away we see we all share such a common foundation. That foundation, like peace, takes recognition first before it can be obtained. Peace is built on the lives of those to come, and those who have gone on. It’s up to us, today, to continue to build it.
